Last holiday season, Brad’s Deals, a leading coupons and deals website, partnered with Extole to help drive awareness of its website as a destination for holiday gifts. Brad’s Deals wanted to inspire its current customers to become advocates for the brand, increase its social footprint and drive “Likes.”
As a preferred marketing developer for Facebook, Extole worked with Brad’s Deals to launch episodic sweepstakes around the 2011 holiday season:
- One for You, One for Me (Sept 15 – 28)
- Black Friday (Oct 12 – Nov 12)
- Kindle Fire for Friends (Nov 18 – Dec 20)
The Like-gated sweepstakes asked for name, email and a marketing opt-in and each featured different offer structures.
Across the three sweepstakes, run from September to December 2011, Brad’s Deals drove over 107,000 likes, 105,000 entries and 82,000 opt-ins.
