# Extole Expands Leadership Team

Extole is excited to announce some new additions to our leadership team. We’ve added Scott Samios as our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Lee Bierman as our VP of Technology. Prior to Extole, Scott was the VP of Global Sales at Monetate, where he was the sixth employee and helped build the company into a leading personalization provider. ![Scott Samios](https://www.extole.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/scott01.png) Earlier in his career, Scott ran the New York office for Offermatica where he worked closely with Extole CEO Matthew Roche, Extole CTO Mark Cyster, and Extole VP of Marketing Chris Duskin. His experience includes defining and delivering solutions for innovative marketers, creating new revenue opportunities, opening new distribution channels, and initiating and growing customer relationships. Lee joins Extole from Sojern, where he most recently led product and engineering. Prior to that, he held technology leadership positions at Adobe and Omniture where he was responsible for leading behavioral targeting and optimization solutions. Lee is an expert ad technology architect with deep experience in big data, behavioral modeling, and high-volume architectures. Like Scott, Lee was also an early and key contributor at Offermatica. Both Scott and Lee will play integral roles in Extole’s future, helping to shape referral marketing technology as the next acquisition channel. Welcome to the team!
