Website Magazine has just released its “Keep Calm and Keep Up with the Web’s Best” report which includes the top 50 digital solutions in 2013. The report takes a look into some of the most successful strategies related to customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Extole, featured under “Acquisition and Retention,” (pages 37 – 39) is highlighted for its ability to enable brands to acquire new customers – and keep them. Extole’s customers, American Giant and Advance Auto Parts, were interviewed for the report and both discussed how referral marketing helps drive demand for their businesses. American Giant’s referral program consistently drives 10% of all eCommerce transactions and as for Advance Auto Parts, “referral marketing over indexes in acquisition rate when compared to other marketing programs.”
