Internet Retailer’s Editor-in-Chief, Don Davis, kicked the webinar off with a look into retail customer behavior—showing a major shift in online vs. in-store shopping. This shift in online shopping gives retailers a huge opportunity to better engage their existing customers to acquire new customers.
