As a 2013 Red Herring Top 100 Global nominee, Extole had the opportunity to present in front of a panel of Red Herring judges last week in Santa Monica. Extole CEO, Matthew Roche, attended the event and presented alongside companies such as tag management service, Tealium, and open source provider, Pentaho. Of the hundreds of companies up for this prestigious award, Extole was able to take one home.
The award, which celebrates startups’ innovations and technologies across their respective industries, is a mark of distinction for identifying promising new companies and entrepreneurs.
“Choosing the companies with the strongest potential was by no means a small feat,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “After rigorous contemplation and discussion, we narrowed our list down from hundreds of candidates from across the globe to the Top 100 Winners. We believe Extole embodies the vision, drive and innovation that define a successful entrepreneurial venture. Extole should be proud of its accomplishment, as the competition was the strongest it has ever been.”
Recognized by Red Herring as one of the Top 100 North American Technology Startups in 2012, the Global 2013 award represents our continued dedication to providing our customers with a best-in-class referral marketing solution. This past year has been very exciting for us, as we completely re-tooled our platform and are offering our customers more control than ever before over their referral programs. With new customer acquisition rates ranging from 5 – 40%, we have proved that referral marketing is the third acquisition channel, and we thank Red Herring for its acknowledgement.
Cheers to 2013 and we look forward to even more innovation and excitement in 2014!
