The program relies on Extole web-based software to deliver and administer Client’s end-to-end online referral marketing program. Included in the software are the Application and the Platform.
The Application is a set of web-based administrative tools that allow the Client to define and configure the referral program, upload program assets, monitor program operations and performance, and manage program operations. The Application will be available for login by Clients except during periods of planned downtime.
The Platform is web-based software that delivers content, data, and collects data to support referral program operations. Referral program operations include referrer user experience, social sharing capabilities, referral user experience, referral conversion tracking, and reward delivery.
Description of Services
Extole will work closely with client on their initial program implementation including:
- consulting on the initial program design,
- implementation of incentive structure,
- promotional approach & placements,
- product orientation,
- tag configuration,
- conversion tracking,
- quality assurance support,
- report usage,
- customer service approaches,
- fulfillment rules,
- and building a campaign optimization process.
Launch services also include creative implementation and instrumentation. Launch services do not include custom creative production. Launch services apply during the period prior to the first traffic being received by the Platform.
Extole consulting services include best practices based recommendations for improved usage of the Extole platform, modifications to incentive structure, ad hoc training on existing and new platform capabilities, campaign analysis using Extole’s platform reporting, implementation support including Application admin tasks & configuration validation, and integration guidance when using Extole with other solutions.
Clients have 24hr access to Extole's Customer Success Portal to find best practices, learn about the latest developments in the platform, and submit requests at https://success.extole.com to the Extole Customer Success Team. Turnaround times for inbound client requests are generally well under twenty-four (24) hours.
Services Available for Additional Fee
Prime Service clients will receive four (4) hours per month of Advocate Care provided by Extole’s expert Advocate Care Managers. Extole’s Application will route end user issues to Extole’s Advocate Care Managers.
Extole creative services involve the creation of promotional content and creative to execute a customer’s referral marketing campaigns. Creative can include the development and instrumentation of promotional banners, campaign landing pages, inline light box widgets, promotional emails, and copy writing. Creative will be designed based on customer’s brand, creative guidelines, and existing creative assets.
Extole technical services involve the execution of software projects that extend the capabilities of the Extole platform using our API, including but not limited to integration with analytics solutions, CRM solutions, and mobile apps. Technical services can also be used for hands-on implementation and QA of Extole tags and capabilities within the customer’s web environments or back-end fulfillment and fraud mitigation systems. Technical Services are priced on a per project basis and are defined in a separate Service Order.
