Yes. Extole supports in-branch referrals through either referral codes or Extole’s branch referral form. Once the referral is captured, Extole automatically qualifies the referral based on your program criteria, and fulfills rewards when qualification requirements are met.
4. How long does it take to launch?

The implementation process typically includes designing the customer journey, embedding the referral experience within Candescent Digital Banking, sending audience and qualification event data, and configuring rewards, branding, and program settings using Extole’s campaign templates.
