Platform Features / Extole MCP
Build and optimize your programs with AI tools.
The Extole MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent to your Extole account so you can run reports, investigate rewards, and manage programs in natural language.
Ask your AI client to…
Run reports
Pull performance data, participant history, reward status, and conversion reports.
Query program configuration
Inspect program status, component structure, and campaign settings.
Answer support questions
Investigate issues like a reward that wasn’t received.
Review change history
Retrieve audit logs and see what changed, when, and by whom.
Example Request for Reward Status
I found the reward for [email protected]. Before I go further, what would you like to do?
Here’s what I found — and the right next step:
Fulfilled Tango rewards can’t be canceled from Extole directly. Cancellation has to be requested with Tango, and approval isn’t guaranteed.
Recommended: request cancellation with Tango, then reissue to [email protected] once it’s confirmed. Want me to prep the cancellation details for Tango?
Done. I’ve pulled the reward details Tango needs for the cancellation request, and I’ll set up the replacement reward for [email protected] once Tango confirms.
Ask in Plain Language
Run reports, inspect programs, and investigate rewards by asking rather than clicking through screens.
Your Permissions, Your Audit Trail
Every action runs under your own Extole permissions and is recorded in the change log — by user, tool, and timestamp.
Build with AI, Deliver with Trust
AI helps you configure, test, and validate while Extole’s platform still handles eligibility, fraud prevention, and fulfillment deterministically underneath.
Work With Your Preferred Tools
Use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client to reach Extole. No new tool to learn, no need to go through My Extole.
Built-in controls.
Every MCP connection authenticates as a real Extole user and runs under that user’s API permissions. Access is logged, scoped, and revocable, so AI speeds the work up while your controls stay in place.
Acts as you — The connection authenticates as you and runs with your own Extole permissions, never more. It can only do what you’re already allowed to do in Extole.
Authenticated Access — Sign in through your browser, the way you’d connect any app to your Google or Microsoft account. There are no keys to copy, paste, or manage; Extole confirms it’s really you and grants access on your behalf.
Scoped API Key / Access token — Access is set by the generated key, not a separate layer. Issue a token as admin, read/write, or read-only, so an agent gets exactly the reach you intend and nothing beyond it.
